Regional Conferences for Archival Educators and Trainers

Following ICA’s increasing emphasis on the developing world, the SAE is organising a series of regional conferences for educators and trainers in the field of archives and records management. The project was proposed by Margaret Crockett in 2000 and till now several conferences have been carried out:

• 1. Asian and Pacific Conference for Archival Educators and Trainers - Beijing, China 2004
• 3. European Conference for Archival Educators and Trainers - Amsterdam, The Netherlands 2005
• 2. Asian and Pacific Conference for Archival Educators and Trainers - Tokyo, Japan 2006
